But if he wasn’t prophesied and wasn’t God and didn’t die for our sins (despite being described by a prophet as "the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world" -- sounds like sacrifice to me), and you think he was just a man... I mean I guess you don’t think he was sinless.

This is the biggest disconnect for me. If Jesus was just a man, then so what? Why should we listen…
I don’t really understand what you’re trying to accomplish by convincing everyone to reject Christ.

You keep trying to couch Jesus in the mold of Paul and the RCC. It's not who the historical Jesus was. It takes some time to unlearn the errors of the Church. Jesus wasn't the "Mithras" that the Church made him into. We need to back that out of Christian thought.
