Unfortunately, this is NOT true. Torah makes no distinction between the laws; only Christians make such delineation as an excuse to not follow certain laws they don't want to follow. It is an exegetical but deeply flawed mechanism.

The fact is, the lying pen of the scribes altered Torah and inserted all manner ungodly laws into the law.

But Christianity's adherence to Sola Scriptura just will not allow the typical Christian to see that there are false things within the Scriptures, including Torah.
