Tony, I would suggest that your methodology is what is flawed. You ask simple questions designed to fail. GOD is not some holy Santa Claus that bows to your every whim. But nor is GOD what the Church defines either.

I think you should do additional reasearch to come up with a test that is more in keeping with what GOD is really all about. I don't think any of us has that capacity however, to do so in any meaningful way for one side or the other.
