To me the modern term means the exact same thing looking at the definitions. Furthermore, polygamous does not just mean being married to multiple "women". We're still dealing with Church-required definitions which really need to be unpacked from current culture.

I'm intrigued by your use of ENM. Do we need to now invent another term, EM (ethical marriage)?

And who gets to determine what is ethical and what is not ... the Church? We're back to laughable again.
