This is a huge logical fallacy. This is like saying you cannot question Paul or anything Paul ever says. NOT everyone acknowledges that Paul was sincere.

Paul's witnesses are non-existent. He has NO eyewitnesses recorded anywhere. Luke is not an eyewitness. His Gospel and his Acts of the Apostles are hearsay from Paul. Luke wasn't there.
