Nick, you are using a flawed hermeneutic. You're re-interpreting a Scripture with a decidedly Christian bias. Meaning, you are squeezing a Christianized interoperation into the reading where no such period interpretation exists. This is typically called bad scholarship. You are injecting bias into the text. The Judaic tradition is decidedly more accurate.

The same goes for Isaiah 53.
