I had to leave The Backyard Church, mostly because it was just like every other Church—conform to what the pastor is, politically or religiously speaking, or your're treated like you don't belong here ... which I didn't and I was. So effectively, Pastor Sorighteous forced me to leave. Not the first time. But you're not so different than every other Evangical church ... you just have a different label.
