I don't "deny the divinity of Jesus", I simply do not ascribe him divinity in the first place—because Jesus and his Apostles would NEVER have done so as Jewish men. Period.

The CHURCH is who ascribed Jesus some form of Mithraic divinity WELL AFTER the Apostles had died, mostly via the writings of Paul.
