Blaine, thank you for reading and understanding. I wrote this series and the book for people just like you.
I understand and agree with your view regarding aborting children in the womb. But we should avoid placing or projecting our views onto others.
We should let people make their own decisions about rape or incest.
I knew of a young woman in her 20's who'd been raped and gotten pregnant. Instead of aborting the child, she raised her daughter. She never once hated her daughter because of the violence that had conceived her.
Not everyone feels this way and I would not stand in the way of anyone who might have deep emotional issues with raising a child conceived in rape or incest.
Give the child up for adoption. It's not the child's fault they were conceived in violence.
My brother was conceived in rape. Both my children were adopted because they were unwanted pregnancies. They were brought to term and placed for adoption. Another friend of the family who is a master musician was left to die in a trash can. He was rescued, put up for adoption, and has written and produced hundreds of songs, corporate jingles, and other works listened to all over the world. The world is a better place with him and his music. Here is a bit of his story ... https://solopiano.com/artist/KimDeardorff
Everyone should be free to speak their opinions and views. And I certainly respect yours!
Thank you again for the kind words. Your review here is very encouraging! I hope others find the article helpful just as you have.
