Ben, I really like your thoughts and I agree with most of them; but, you act like Christianity has never been part of the political institution before.

The fact is the ONLY reason why the Roman Catholic version of Christianity even survived the 3rd century was because it got political with Constantine. Without Constantine's political involvement, the Catholic Church and their wayward pagan version of Jesus would never have survived.

The Catholic Church built a much more sinister and lying version of Christianity than Jerry Falwell or Billy Graham ever did. And Luther only exacerbated what the Catholic Church had lyingly built.

Protestant became little more than Roman Catholic Lite.

I liked a lot of what you had to say and I really like your willingness to dig deeper into the nuts and bolts of where a lot of bogus Christian tradition came from.

Now take a few steps back into the first century and look at where the Catholic Church really got it's bogus version of Jesus.
